apps

A sampling package that collects data about the apps installed on the phone.

Register AppsSamplingPackage in the SamplingPackageRegistry to use these measure types in a protocol:

  • dk.cachet.carp.apps - the list of installed apps (Apps).
  • dk.cachet.carp.appusage - app usage over a time period (AppUsage).

Android only. Both measures run on the Smartphone primary device and need the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES and PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS permissions in the app's Android manifest.

Classes

  • App — An app installed on the device, as listed in Apps.
  • AppUsage — The usage of each app on the device over a period from start to end.
  • AppUsageInfo — The usage of a single app, as listed in AppUsage.
  • AppUsageProbe — Collects usage information on the apps installed on this device as AppUsage data.
  • Apps — The apps installed on the device.
  • AppsProbe — Collects the list of apps installed on this device as Apps data.
  • AppsSamplingPackage — The sampling package for collecting installed apps and app usage.
