ActiveParticipationInvitationDialog

A modal dialog showing a list of ActiveParticipationInvitations for the user to select one from.

Shown by CarpParticipationService.getStudyInvitation when the user has more than one invitation. Tapping an invitation pops it as the dialog result; Cancel pops null.
