NoUserTaskTrigger

A trigger that triggers only if a UserTask with taskName is NOT already on the task list.

Typically used to make sure that a specific task is always on the task list. The NoUserTaskTriggerExecutor checks immediately on resume and then once per minute, re-adding the task whenever it is done or expired.
