SamplingConfiguration

Contains configuration on how to sample a data stream of a given type.

Set on a Measure (as Measure.overrideSamplingConfiguration) or on a device (as DeviceConfiguration.defaultSamplingConfiguration). Subclasses hold the options, e.g. GranularitySamplingConfiguration. CARP Mobile Sensing adds more, such as PeriodicSamplingConfiguration.
