TextMessageProbe

Collects a TextMessage every time this device receives an SMS message.

Used for the CommunicationSamplingPackage.TEXT_MESSAGE measure. Starts listening on onResume, both in the foreground and in the background (via backgroundMessageHandler).

Only works on Android.
