SchedulableTriggerExecutor

A TriggerExecutor for a Schedulable trigger.

Its fire times can be computed ahead. Used by AppTaskControlExecutor to schedule AppTask notifications in advance, so they show up even if the app is not running.

Returns the times this trigger fires between from and to.

Ordered by time, except for RandomRecurrentTriggerExecutor.

max limits the number of iterations; its default depends on the implementation.
